Chlorine Baths/Power Wash

Remove algae and algae stains from your pool surface. The pool is drained and rinsed with a chlorine solution. The pool surface will be lightened but all stains may not be removed.

Coping Repair/Replacement

Repair and/or replace loose or damaged coping stones or brick. Depending on the scope of the repair, the pool may be drained. Loose or damaged coping is removed and the pool beam is inspected for hidden damage. The coping is then reset or replaced, as required. Results will vary depending on the scope of work. With basic coping repairs, conditions beyond our control do not allow for a guarantee for coping/grout color match in the repaired areas.

Mastic Replacement

Replace dried or cracked mastic. All mastic is removed and foam filler is installed. New mastic is poured and covered with silicone sand. This process will seal the gap between your coping and deck, which will help protect the coping and tile from water damage.

Pool Resurfacing

Revive a worn, dingy, cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged pool surface through resurfacing. The pool is drained so that old plaster can be saw-cut and chipped out around the tile line, skimmers, return lines and lights. A bond-coat is applied to the old plaster surface and allowed to set. The new surface coating is applied over the bond coat and the pool immediately filled. Once the pool is full, a specialized chemical and brushing program will begin, lasting for approximately two weeks. Stop by our store to see some of the many color and materials available to enhance the look of your pool. If you are also planning new tile or coping, we highly recommend completing those upgrades prior to resurfacing the pool, as some incidental damage may occur to the new surface during these services.

Tile Repair/Replacement

Repair and/or replace loose or missing tiles. Depending on the scope of repair, the pool may be drained. Loose tiles are removed and the pool wall is inspected for hidden damage. New replacement tiles are applied to the pool. Due to the amount of work required to cleanup tiles that have fallen off, they usually cannot be reused and should be replaced with new tiles. Results will vary depending on the scope of work. With basic tile repairs, conditions beyond our control do not allow for a guarantee for grout/tile color match in the repaired areas.
